Are the Adidas insoles good?
I only ask this because I'm trying to get the maximum comfort. I do a lot of standing and walking around at work so my feet start to get sore. My last Adidas shoes were trail and I took out the insoles and put those IMPACT GEL ones from T.V. I really haven't felt a difference as my feet are still sore, so I'm guessing they don't work. Someone told me it could be my shoes so I went out and got these new Adidas Supernova Glide shoes. Are the Adiprene insoles that come with them good? or just overhyped?
Should I instead as a temporary fix get something like Dr. Schols insoles?
I know eventually I'm going to have to get custom made insoles, but as a temporary fix would you recommend I stay with the Adiprene insoles or buy a commercially made one?
Thanks
you can try to go to your doctor and see if you have collapsed arches. if you dont then the reason for you getting sore is because you arent in good shape (no offense) when you workout or do exercise it is normal to be sore and it happens to everyone. you can try stretching out the sore muscles after so that it doesnt last as long. if you do have collapsed arches then you need insoles but if they are a little bit collapsed then that isnt a problem although people might tell you it is, good luck
